NOT-FOR-PROFIT INITIATIVES

Jane Larkin is an elite athlete, filmmaker, and advocate, who has dedicated her life to female empowerment and diversity. Meanwhile, entrepreneur Brad Dilworth had started his construction company that same year and the two realised with their moral alignments, it was natural to go into business together.
 

As such, 3lite Productions, was set up to make films to bring attention to minority issues through storytelling, Jane and Brad ended up spending their savings forming two separate not-for-profit initiatives - '3lite Support' and 'Sunshine Spectrum'.

 

'3lite Support' is a group that supports First Nations individuals and female athletes. Their aim is to showrun events that span across film, fashion, arts, and music, with the aim to inform, educate and to create a more inclusive and equitable world that aims to be a positive force against sexism and racism.

 

'Sunshine Spectrum' aims to improve the health and welfare of less-advantaged community members, with a focus on disabled athletes, Paralympic rights, special needs students, and minority issues.
